I went to check my e-mail (because I used to rely on my iPhone to tell me someone was streaming before it shat out on me) and I saw that you were stream or it said that you were. I was pissed when I found out it was over. :/

Also I wanna say, I was looking through your art on Twitter (and I think I mentioned something to about it) and during your Throwback Thursday the week before last week I noticed you posted a lot of stuff during your high school years. With that said, I look at my drawings from my High School years and my art doesn't look as good as your high school art does. I drew a lot but I guess I was too ignorant to learn anything new at that time or I was more comfortable using a pencil and paper than I was using a mouse. I ended up getting my first tablet around 2010 and I honestly think I used my tablet horribly or my photoshop drawing skills weren't as nifty. It wasn't until 2 years ago I started learning how to get more comfortable with Photoshop and Paint Tool Sai and even a year before that I ended up getting criticism because my anatomy was atrocious back then. I think what I'm trying to say is that I feel like I'm way behind you and a lot of the artists that are on here.

I'm sure my art has improved since, seeing that I've tried experimenting with styles and such. But I feel like I'm still behind in a lot of things when it comes to art in general and even animation. I wanted to do plenty of animations in high school but I used to give up easily because I was either too lazy or I felt that it was too hard and gave up easily back then. I sometimes hate the mistakes that I made back then and feel that it has had dire consequences on me as of late. :/

I guess I'm writing this to you because, seeing that you've made plenty of animations in the past and you've even gone so far to do some professional work as well, I wanna ask what suggestions do you have for a person who has a college schedule to attend to but also wants to really improve his skills to get the kind of level you and many others are at now?

Free time is a mystery, ain't it?
Well, I've always just drawn on the side... it's hard to explain really. When you have a focus, you really just have to go for it. Make time for it. I find it difficult with the job I have to do stuff on the side but I still manage to do it, you just gotta make a balance and don't overdo it or you'll crash.

Say, would you mind doing some animation for my review show? I can't really show my face until three years from now, and even then.
