This is very Liz-- at least as far as her reviewing character is concerned. And I love the way you did her hair! Not too much detail, but just enough to make an impression. Awesome picture-- my favorite CAX so far.
>> She really isn't, though. When I first saw her in one of Linkara's videos I just had to be like... "...he realizes he can probably do better right?" She just looks... like a man, man!*Prepares for the flames*
Uh... You realize that Liz is a really nice person and looks at the fan art drawn of her, right? And if she were to see this conversation, how do you think she might feel? I know if it were me, I'd feel like crap.
If tat happened to be the case, I would feel rather bad about it. But one can not constantly move about as if they are walking on tacks. I was merely wondering out loud the very thing I've been wondering inwardly since she made her first appearance in a Linkara video. If it offends her, then I do apologize.
Let me first say, Liz is a person just like any of us and I mean her no disrespect.
Although "he can do better" based on looks is really shallow way to look at relationships, I'm curious about Iron Liz's masculinity myself. Deep voice, muscular arms, gender-neutral face...
I have friends and acquaintances who are pre-trans-gender, and some that are just genetically more femme or butch than most people of their gender. It's a thin-ice situation. You don't want to come out and say "Iron Liz, were you born a Man or Hermaphrodite?"... If correct, it's rude to pry. If you're wrong, you're saying she's a manly-looking girl. Until she comes out and mentions it herself, we'll probably be scratching our heads on that for some time to come.
As for "Linkara can do better", if the relationship is working, good for them. But if you want me to apply logic for physical attraction... Facts: 1. Linkara enjoys reading comic books and watching films/tv where 95% of the females are over-idealized representations of the average woman. These Women are skinny, voluptuous, and Muscular. (i.e. Power Rangers, Xena, DC/Marvel Comic super heroines). 2. People often form both fetish and physical attractions based on their likes, hobbies, and fandoms. 3. Iron Liz has the physical characteristics of the women idealized in comic-books/movies/tv and shares the common interest in that media just as Linkara does. Conclusion: Linkara is dating a girl who looks like a comic-book heroine, and who shares his interests. Need I say more?
