LoL, "Hop to it". Frog pun intended?
This dude is basically a combination of most every Disney Villian ever made, particularly Ursula (The Little Mermaid), Forte (B&tB: The Enchanted Christmas) and Ja'far (Aladin)

Dr. Facilier reminds me so much of Jafar and Hades. Maybe because, concidentally, The Princess and The Frog was produced by John Clements and Ron Musker, The people behind Aladdin and Hercules.

Oh, and I'm faving!
